• Upload or process illegal, malicious, or copyrighted content without explicit permission.
• Attempt to bypass rate limits, server security controls, or disrupt the operation of our cloud infrastructure.
• Use automated bots or scripts to scrape or overload our conversion engines.

3. User Accounts & Subscriptions

Free tier users are granted a limited daily usage quota. Pro Plan memberships unlock unlimited file operations. Subscriptions are billed on a non-refundable monthly, 6-month, or annual basis through authorized payment gateways (Razorpay).

4. Intellectual Property

You retain full ownership rights over all files you upload to I Love Files. We claim zero ownership or rights to your processed files.

5. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts violating our security guidelines or engaged in fraudulent activity without prior notice.

6. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the website following changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
